BEER TASTING DINNERS
American Icon's Head Brewmaster and Chef will guide limited guests through a 4-course meal paired with American Icon beer selections.
Please join us for our Fall Beer Tasting Dinner on September 15, 2022 at 6:00pm at American Icon Brewery! Limited seating is available to give you an intimate evening of delicious food and delectable beers.Enjoy Chef's choice of assorted hors d'oeuvres along with a pre-dinner flight of AmerIcon Blonde, Icon Haze IPA, Freedom Torch Milk Stout, and 1926 Hef.
Course 1: Beef Carpaccio (Ancho-crusted tenderloin served with an arugula salad) paired with our seasonal Oktoberfest.
Course 2: Fall Salad (spring mix, green apples, cranberries, blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, and mixed berry vinaigrette) paired with our seasonal Liberties of Funk.
Course 3: Pan-seared Black Grouper, sweet potato puree, Haricot verts, fried parsnips, and citrus beurre blanc paired with our flagship Factory Pilsner.
Course 4: Homemade apple crisp served with vanilla bean ice cream paired with our Ticker Tape Tripel.
