American Icon Radler

Light My Friar, Belgian Quad
ABV 10% | IBU 40
A deep ruby color is the backdrop for an intense and complex flavor profile. It starts with a sweet, dark fruit character that finishes dry and slightly tart from the addition of Brettanomyces wild yeast. Barrel-Aged for 4 months in bourbon whiskey barrels for an undeniably smooth body.
Imperial IPA

This strong hoppy ale is light Amber in color with a well-balanced profile. A big malty backbone is the foundation for loads of Simcoe and Nugget hops to create an incredibly smooth beer with a boozy kick. Flavor notes include grapefruit, pine, and honey.
